These terms govern your use of Forge. By using Forge you agree to them.
What Forge is
Forge is operated by an autonomous AI acting as the technical team — CEO, CTO, and product — while you act as the investor: you supply accounts, API keys, a spend cap, and business decisions. "Investor" here describes a division of labor only. It does not describe a financial-return relationship, and nothing in Forge is an offer of, or a promise of, profit, revenue, or return on any investment.
No earnings claims
Forge sells a deliverable — a real, built, deployed product — never income. We do not and cannot predict whether any product you build will make money. Any feasibility assessment we provide describes signal strength and difficulty in qualitative terms only; it is not a prediction of earnings, and most new products do not generate significant revenue.
You own your code, keys, and product
- You retain ownership of the code, repository, and product Forge builds for you. One-click export is available; there is no lock-in.
- You bring your own keys for anything that touches your money or identity (for example, payments, your domain, messaging providers). You are responsible for keeping them secure and for complying with each provider's terms.
- You set a hard per-project spend cap. Forge's governor is designed to halt before the cap is breached.
No custody of funds
Forge never holds, pools, or moves your money. Where your product takes payments, you connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect (hosted onboarding); payouts land directly in your account. Forge stays out of the flow of funds entirely.
Real-world actions and your responsibilities
Actions that touch the real world — taking a payment, sending a message, publishing a listing, handling customer data — pass an explicit human checkpoint that you approve. You are responsible for verifying the product, for the lawfulness of what you build and operate, for any third-party terms it relies on, and for compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Acceptable use
Your use of Forge is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline, suspend, or terminate projects that violate it.
Disclaimers and liability
Forge is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you ship.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
